- Send photos and videos to demonstrate the defect;

- We will carry out the assessment and inform you whether the defect found is a manufacturing defect or something that characterizes misuse or inappropriate use of the equipment;

- If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the part in question;

- The replacement part will be sent within 20 days after opening the ticket;

- A call is only considered open after it is confirmed that the part has a manufacturing defect;
