Our return policy is up to a maximum of 7 days after receiving the product.
After 7 days of receipt, we do not accept returns.
IMPORTANT
We do not charge shipping costs for the equipment and if it is necessary to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not refund the cost of return shipping.
To Make a Return

- Enter your purchase details (order or CPF or name)
- Send photos or video showing the reason for the return
- The product must not have been used;
- The product must not be damaged or have missing parts;
- It must be in the same condition in which you received it;
- It must also be in the original packaging;
- After evaluating the photos by our team, we will inform you whether the return is authorized or not;
- The product must be returned to the address provided by our customer service team.
- As soon as we receive your product, if everything is in order, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your merchandise as well as a refund.
- If everything is approved, we will make the refund within 7 business days using the Transfer or PIX method directly into the buyer's current account.
- Remembering that the financial refund is made considering the discount on fees and taxes that apply at the time of purchase.
